HOW TO ORDER

Choose a product and design. If you’d like to upload your own project, select one of the personalised products.
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your order number, which allows you to use the form found under the “Add Your Project” tab in the menu.

We accept payments via Square (which lets you pay directly by debit or credit card after clicking “Order”, but please note that processing may take up to one extra business day due to longer settlement times) and PayPal (which also accepts Visa and Mastercard – simply click the PayPal icon at checkout and select the “Checkout as Guest” option available on desktop).

Please ensure that the address listed on your PayPal account or entered manually is correct and complete, as it will be used for shipping. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels or accept related complaints.

If the address is incomplete or important order information is missing, the order may be cancelled by us within 7 working days of purchase. Refunds in such cases will follow the policy described in “CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?” (see bold section below).

You may register as a customer and create a mini-profile (using Facebook, Google, or by creating a login and password directly on our website). Your account will store all necessary details such as your name, address, email, and a complete order history with statuses.

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

All products in our shop are made to order. Returns or exchanges are possible only in cases of damage or error caused by us (e.g. smudged ink, visual defects, fulfilment mistakes, incorrect product, etc.), within 14 days of receiving the parcel (plus another 14 days to send the item back).

Please note that size and colour may slightly differ from what you see online due to differences in monitor or display settings.

Digital products such as .pdf or .docx files for printing cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged without valid reason. They are non-physical items, and their product descriptions clearly specify what you are purchasing. Please read those descriptions carefully before buying.

If you wish to make quick adjustments or changes to your order, you can do so through the Returns, Changes and Exchanges page or via your account by selecting Returns/Changes in the menu. Please make sure your request complies with our store policies.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to orders, including pauses, cancellations, or changes to fulfilment time and product availability, as well as updates to the Terms & Conditions / FAQ without prior notice, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Refunds issued through PayPal usually take up to one week, depending on the case, and are processed independently of Pyskata.
Refunds made through Square (card payment without PayPal login at checkout) may take between 48 hours and 2 weeks, also independent of Pyskata.

WHAT IS THE COST AND DELIVERY TIME?

Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Order fulfillment can take up to 14 business days, though it typically takes 4 to 7.
Sometimes it happens that this time is extended due to the holiday season, Royal Mail itself, or other circumstances beyond Pyskat's control.
Products are delivered in the UK via:
Royal Mail or DPD. In some cases, we reserve the right to change the carrier at the manufacturer's discretion, and may also ship in separate parcels.
UK shipping is based on weight and calculated individually at checkout (between £2.50 and £5.99) and includes packaging costs. Shipping is free for orders over £40.

COMPETITIONS

Any competitions organized by Pyskata UK are solely at the discretion of the store owner. Prizes are usually sent within 48 hours of the winner being selected or contacted.
We are not responsible for shipping any winnings after they have been shipped. Winnings are non-refundable, including refunds, exchanges, and the like.

NOTES

If any of the points in the Terms and Conditions do not match the information presented on the product page, it means that the product description has not yet been updated. In such a case, you should ignore the information regarding shipping and/or returns and exchanges in the product description in favor of the continuously updated Terms and Conditions on that subpage.

All graphics and photos on the website and products are the property of Pyskata.co.uk. It is unlawful to use them without our knowledge or for purposes unknown to us outside of our store and websites directly related to Pyskata.

DATA USAGE

Information provided by the customer is used for business purposes between the customer and Pyskata.co.uk (The Dover Castle, Dover Road, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 9QX).
Addresses and personal details (including phone numbers) are stored in our archive for up to 2 years or less if agreed otherwise with the individual.
Uploaded photos are stored only until dispatch and cannot be retrieved or reused for future orders.

Your email address may be automatically stored and used for promotional purposes (that is, to send updates and important announcements regarding Pyskata). Your phone number may only be used for contact before or during the order process.
To remove your email from our list, please use the chat feature on our website or email pyskatauk@gmail.com.

Registration requires basic personal details such as name, surname, and email address. You can add more information depending on how you wish to use your account.
Accounts do not expire automatically – you can delete your stored data at any time through the Delete Account option in your profile menu.

PRODUCT CARE

Most of our mugs are produced using high-temperature print and sublimation methods. This ensures a durable finish designed to withstand time and dishwasher use. Therefore, no special care is needed other than standard cleaning.
Exceptions include coloured, neon, or gold mugs – these should be hand-washed due to the pigment layer used in the design.

Clothing and tote bags should be washed and used according to the instructions on their care labels.
